Something a little different for me recently, a food shoot at Regent of Rotorua for a magazine article.
Food looked delicious, hard to concentrate while you’re salivating… hehe

Trio of Lamb cutlets, braised shank, crisp sweetbreads, leek, pea, potato confit

Seared Scallops crisp pork belly, cauliflower & horseradish puree, prosciutto crisp

Salmon Confit lumpfish caviar, cucumber jelly, fennel, green herb puree
