Tarawera Sunrise

Was lucky to catch up with Mark Smith and the talented couple behind Ankh Photography from Napier over in Rotorua for the weekend.

We planned to meet in Rangiuru Bay, Lake Tarawera at 5am, which required a 4:30am alarm. Giving us enough time to get sorted and a few shots under our belt before the light show began.
This was some of the most colourful light during sunrise.

It was nice to meet up with two out of town photographers and seeing the unique style and vision they put into their photography.
