Cape Egmont Lighthouse

During a trip to New Plymouth with family, I wanted to get some ‘other shots’ around the region that weren’t just from the Pouakai Tarns.

Having no lighthouses in Rotorua, I thought the Cape Egmont Lighthouse would be a good bet.

There was a bit of cloud around, but the peak of Mt Egmont revealed itself a few times while the cloud rolled past.
I put on a LEE Filters ND1000 #BigStopper to slow the shutter speed, creating a more ‘dreamy’ blurred cloud.
