Flooded Isolation
After all the rain from the remnants of Cyclone Debbie which caused the devastating floods in Edgecumbe this week, Lake Rotorua’s water level is high so there are a few isolated jetties around. This one on the shores near Ngongotaha.
My thoughts go out to all those families effected in Edgecumbe by the flooding caused by the Rangitaiki River bursting through its stopbanks.
